Many thanks to Deana Hicks for going above and beyond in servicing my Rav4. It was a rainy day and my side window got off track and was stuck half open. I had taped the window with plastic but in driving servicing my Rav4. It was a rainy day and my side window got off track and was stuck half open. I had taped the window with plastic but in driving it tore off. My husband and I were heading to Spitzer to test drive a new car to replace his 4 Runner. While there, I mentioned the stuck window to Deana. I had no appointment but Deana told me to pull my car in and they'd retape it for me. However, they actually took the time to fix my window!
