Deana Hicks was my service advisor.. she was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had asked her to get me a price/labor on a serpentine belt, while I was waiting for my car to be inspected she returne courteous and knowledgeable. Since I purchased my Release Series 10 Scion xB brand new, straight of the truck mind you, I have always had it serviced at Spitzer Scion/Toyota in Monroeville.
