I first met Debbie Bravo earlier this year when I sent an email inquiring about a Subaru Forester to Tucson Subaru. Debbie answered my questions which led to negotiating for a new Forester. If she didn't have the answer, she made it a point to get the answer and get back to me quickly. Even thought I didn't buy a car then, she still was very pleasant and we departed amicably. When my need for a different model arose, I called Debbie and she worked her magic and I ended up buying an Ascent. I recommend Debbie for being an excellent Tucson Subaru employee and a great person with whom to work. So if you are in the market for a new or used car, be sure to contact Debbie Bravo. I found a used vehicle I liked online via the Carfax website. I called to get more info, and was helped by a very pleasant and informative saleswoman, Deborah Bravo. She answered all my questions, sent me a video, and was very straightforward about the pricing breakdown and vehicle history. I went in to the dealership later that day, took the vehicle for a test drive, and ended up buying the vehicle with the help of Mrs. Bravo. Throughout the entire process she was friendly, helpful, and extremely low pressure. I never felt like I was being "worked" to buy a vehicle - in fact, I felt as though Mrs. Bravo only wanted me to go home with the vehicle if I really loved it and felt it was right for me. Once I decided to go for it, I was met with more great service by the friendly Jennifer Duran who handled all the paperwork and financing. All in all, I can't recommend Tucson Subaru enough. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and would suggest anyone considering going to look at a vehicle here ask for Deborah Bravo to help them. More
