My contact with the dealership began with Karina Camarena (Internet/Phone) - she was the personable "voice" of the dealership. I then went to the dealership and met with Deborah Breslin (Finance) and was referred to Amira Chaghlil (Management) - she was the professional "face" of the dealership. My Salesperson was Bishoy Fathalla - he was the "customer service" of the dealership. Bishoy patiently sat with me and answered all my pre-sale questions. He then sat with me again in my 2016 Honda HR-V and showed me how to use all the options and electronics. I highly recommend Garden State Honda...and when you get there be sure to ask for Amira and Bishoy - they are the BEST of the best. More

Car buying as it should be I received an email offer from Michael Bailey from the Internet department that got me interested in looking at CRV leases. Michael met me at the door and led me to Bryan Gamble. Bryan took the time to show me the CRV, take it on a test drive and explained the vehicles features to me. Once I decided that I liked the car, Debbie Breslin crunched the numbers to make the deal happen at a price that I was comfortable with. Fred Nieves sealed the deal with the paperwork when I came back the next day after thinking about the lease, and John Mitchell was helpful and friendly to myself and my family while we were waiting to finish the deal. Emmanuel Anziani was very friendly when he came and conducted our exit interview. All in all a great buying experience. I would highly recommend this sales team to my friends and family. More

Kerry Grant and Debbie Breslin were VERY patient with me, answered everything I had to question in the two days in took for me to do my research before deciding to make the plunge in getting a new car. They are very personable which made me feel very comfortable in expressing my concerns. I usually buy and keep my cars for nearly 20 years. They were very compassionate and made certain that I understood all the terms of the lease. They both explained that I could buy the car at the end of the term and have more options to finance at that time. Debbie was great in walking me through all the financial options for leasing and buying. Kerry put me in a new Honda for the test drive and encouraged me to take as much time as I wanted to enjoy the experience. Adel explained every contract before I initialed and signed it. All in all, it was just fabulous to have patient people to help me through my first new car experience. More
