When we began to discuss price he had Frank Caputo present a deal that we found to be very favorable. After a day of discussing lease vs. buying we decided to buy. David found the color and package we wanted; he processed all the paperwork quickly and painlessly. We then finished the down payment and financing with the equally professional Felicia Camacho. They (and the rest of the staff) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Gabriel is hands down the best car salesman that I have ever worked with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Debbie was amazing as well. She took the time to listen to me with my financial budget and ran multiple scenarios that I could work with. Debbie and Gabriel worked with me to find the right car/price and never pushed me in a direction that I wasn't comfortable with. This was the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership. Garden State Honda is the only dealership you need to go to when buying a car. I personally recommend that you go see Gabriel and Debbie; you'll only get the best service and experience! He was able to help us surprise her with the Honda EX with sunroof and alloy wheels for only a few dollars more than the previous dealership we were working with. He made everything so relaxed and easy for us. We were amazing that in a few short minutes we were working on the much nicer car and at the price range we hoped for it was like a dream! David is extremely patient and makes you very relaxed during your purchase! Debbie Breslin our finance manager was the most understanding woman we have ever had the pleasure to do business with! She helped us in so many ways during this process and it is truly appreciated!! She is extremely in tune with our customers needs and does whatever she can to be sure she does what makes you happy! How many people leave with tears in their eyes filled with joy and thanks when speaking to their finance manager when leasing a car I don't know but I sure did! David and Debbie are an amazing team and we are so thankful to have had the pleasure of working with them!! Awesome Experience This is my first Honda and thanks to the Garden State Honda staff, I will be a Honda owner for the rest of my life. My contact with the dealership began with Karina Camarena (Internet/Phone) - she was the personable "voice" of the dealership. I then went to the dealership and met with Deborah Breslin (Finance) and was referred to Amira Chaghlil (Management) - she was the professional "face" of the dealership. My Salesperson was Bishoy Fathalla - he was the "customer service" of the dealership. Bishoy patiently sat with me and answered all my pre-sale questions. He then sat with me again in my 2016 Honda HR-V and showed me how to use all the options and electronics. I highly recommend Garden State Honda...and when you get there be sure to ask for Amira and Bishoy - they are the BEST of the best. More
