I had such a WONDERFUL experience dealing with Chaz! I NEVER felt pressured or annoyed like I have with previous dealerships where they try to force you into buying something the day of. Poor Aaron had to really work for us. We test drove 5 or 6 Palidades. He would bring us one. They didn’t provide pictures that show every aspect of the vehicle, especially missing parts. Such as a patch work hole in the fabric, scratches on the paint and the missing 120 volt outlet. Not to mention the broken A/C compressor and power door lock. Every online buyer deserves to know the real vehicle they’re ordering. I’ve had to call to the dealership multiple times to try to convince them to fix ALL of the broken parts. This is tiresome! FYI, to all out of state people, Tennessee does not have a Lemon Law. Once you purchase it, there’s no opportunity to get your money back. I am very displeased! I hope this review saves someone in the future to not have to go through this headache. More
