I am relatively new to the automobile industry but not brand new to this dealership or the Volvo brand. I have been a Volvo owner and our family has purchased 4 pre-owned cars from this dealership. I retired from a 25 year career with the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association. In this second chapter career it was important for me to trust who I work with, love the product and still have an opportunity to work with and help people. My husband Jeff is one of the pastors at Crossings Community Church and our blended family includes 5 kiddos ages 16-27, a Son-In Law, Daughter In-Law, 2 dogs and a cat. I was a single Mom for almost 14 years and remember very well how scary navigating finances and big decisions can be. I will be honest with you and won't pressure you into a decision. This was the best experience I had ever had buying a vehicle. From start to finish, from choosing the vehicle, running through finance and being handed over the car WITH A BOW, it was all less than an h vehicle. Debbie was incredible to work with; kind, knowledgeable, and always available via text/phone for questions and troubleshooting after I left the lot. I highly recommend you ask for her at the beginning of your Volvo journey. She knew so much about the car and I deeply appreciated that. Before I was set to leave I saw a few small marks on the front of the bumper and instead of sending me off to figure it out on my own, the sales manager, Kale, (in his suit) spent 45 minutes with a small paint brush and touched it all up for me! This was the icing on the cake and I left feeling so cared for and appreciated. 10/10 from start to finish. Buy your Volvo here! More

Always a fantastic experience at Volvo OKC. Just bought my second vehicle from them (3rd if you count the dealership next door - same owner). I love how there's no xx. Ask for the out-the-door price and they give it to you. Ask if they can lower the price a bit more, and they're very reasonable. Compared to other dealerships, the customer service at Volvo is top-notch!! And yes, I also shopped across the street (BMW Cooper), and I didn't like the fact that they didn't really check the cars - they just made them shiny - I test drove a car there and engine light came on right away. Not at Volvo. Cleaned, detailed, verified, and checked. Most of all, honest. Worked with Debbie Hite-Stewart. Second time working with her. Also bought an XC90 earlier this year and she helped me out through the whole process. Would definitely shop here again in the future! More
