I am relatively new to the automobile industry but not brand new to this dealership or the Volvo brand. I have been a Volvo owner and our family has purchased 4 pre-owned cars from this dealership. I retired from a 25 year career with the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association. In this second chapter career it was important for me to trust who I work with, love the product and still have an opportunity to work with and help people. My husband Jeff is one of the pastors at Crossings Community Church and our blended family includes 5 kiddos ages 16-27, a Son-In Law, Daughter In-Law, 2 dogs and a cat. I was a single Mom for almost 14 years and remember very well how scary navigating finances and big decisions can be. I will be honest with you and won't pressure you into a decision. Debbie Hite-Stewart was my sales person. We had texted about the vehicle I was interested and she had the car ready and cooled by the time I arrived. I have purchased the last four vehicles from a friend who managed a dealership in Oklahoma. It was a hassle-free experience. I told him what I wanted and that I wanted no hassles, and he made that happen. managed a dealership in Oklahoma. It was a hassle-free experience. I told him what I wanted and that I wanted no hassles, and he made that happen. He is no longer in the automobile business, so I was dreading having to get back into the usual rat race associated with car buying. Much to my surprise, I had a fantastic experience at the Volvo dealership in Edmond. At the top of my list was my sales lady, Debbie Hite-Stewart who was knowledgeable, very relational, accommodating, an excellent listener and stayed in contact with me without making herself a pest. When the car I wanted to buy was sold before I could make a commitment, she was resourceful finding me another Volvo that I ended up liking better. Besides Debbie, I also interacted with her boss and with the finance people and everyone was accommodating and never pushy. This was by far, the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car not to mention that it is my first Volvo and probably the first car I have ever bought that I am genuinely excited about. Outstanding experience! More
