The immediate answer was YES. So I'm checking in and the Advisor tells me that it is their guarantee that the vehicle is done within 6 hours.....no appointment, they are going crazy with the amount of cars already there and they say it is their guarantee.....REALLY!! Customer service like this could put the independent repair facility world out of business, luckily most dealerships aren't as good as this one! GREAT JOB from someone who teaches Advisors how to be great!! More

When they didn't have a certain type in stock they were willing to do a dealership trade to get it in for us the next day. This gave gave multiple options to consider, which is nice. Once we made our choice paperwork was fasting easy and we were out in no time. The new guy (can't remember his name) who showed us all the features after purchase was excellent. If he didn't know all the info he went and received help from another lady that I can't remember her name. Only recommendation I have is to get a Soda machine like Elk Grove Nissan. The coffee machine is a nice touch for now. More
