Let's just say one of the reasons it was that long was I dreaded the buying experience after that last purchase. But after my experience this past weekend buying a new truck from James McGaha now makes me look at buying new vehicles in an all new positive light. It started with email correspondence with James on inventory and price inquires. Once I got a combo of price and inventory I liked from James I came in. It was a busy morning and James was already busy with two other customers, but he kept checking in on me to see if I needed anything while I waited. I was allowed to walk the lot at Elk Grove Toyota as I was waiting for James to finish with another customer and I was not bothered once by another salesman except to ask if I needed anything while I wait. Once James was done with the other customer he promptly helped me through every step of the process. Not once did I deal with another person which was refreshing. I was not passed off once and James was very laid back and accommodating the whole way while I pondered my financing options. Was out of there after only a coup,e hours once we sat down to finish the deal and paperwork start to finish. Signed all final paper work with Debbie Jaynes and she was terrific as well. Didn't mind answering all my questions and laid out all the details in a clear friendly manner. Was not rushed one bit. Best new car buying experience I have ever had. I would completely recommend James and Debbie at Elk Grove Toyota for your next car purchase. More

I cannot say enough about the incredible service I received from Jeremy. . .again! An absolutely NO pressure process. He listened to my request for a specific vehicle (including all aspects - model, color, specs) and found that vehicle for me even when it was 100 miles away. An appointment was set up to have me come in at a mutually convenient day and time and when I arrived, my vehicle was waiting and ready for me. I was in and out in just shy of 3 hours (short for a typical buying process!). Jeremy answered all my questions and offered his expertise on leasing vs. buying, helping me make an informed decision. I couldn't be more pleased with the help and service I received, as well as my new vehicle, an amazing new Rav4. Even the finance and backend process was so pleasant with Debbie. I live in the Bay Area and I can 100% say I will always make the drive to Elk Grove to deal with Jeremy/Elk Grove Toyota on my future leases/purchases! More

Johnny Ngov and Elk Grove Toyota are the best!!! My wife Maria and I bought our 2005 Prius from Elk Grove Toyota - and very happy we did! We have always done our services there with great interaction My wife Maria and I bought our 2005 Prius from Elk Grove Toyota - and very happy we did! We have always done our services there with great interactions and happy results. While that car has 110,000 miles on it, to us it's still brand new! Smells like it too :-) and we don't even put in any of those "trees"!! My employment changed and no longer had a company car. So, we decided to go in and check out the new Prius's. We did our homework at home, had a very good loan amount and rate already approve and felt comfortable about going in and learning more. We were willing to drive home with a new car - or not. We met Johnny Ngov who was attentive, interested in us, our questions and needs, and also looks great in a Fedora by the way!! Johnny showed us what we were looking for and a few other options. Along the way Mi Amor saw a really nice Prius wth - what we found out was Sea Glass Pearl - wow!! We took it for a test drive - again wow! There've been a number of neat improvements with the 2016 Prius from years past and this "Touring Four" had many of them! While it was more car than we initially intended, we decided to sit down with Johnny and see what was available in deals, financing, etc. It actually didn't take long for us to come into agreement: price, options - even better financing from Toyota and that day we drove home with our brand new Prius! While it's "our" car - it really is Maria's!!! She is very happy and looks great in it!!! And I'm happy too with my own Prius to drive again!! While Maria generally drives the car for work, we've already taken it on a mini-vacation to Mendocino!! It really is super comfortable and quiet!! We also discovered that it has a larger gas tank and even better fuel economy than our 2005!!! We are very happy with our new car! Here's hoping you get the car you want at Elk Grove Toyota. Great experience leasing Highlander I had a great experience with Jeremy, Scott, and Debbie leasing my new Highlander. I price compared with all the Sacramento/Bay Area Toyota dealership I had a great experience with Jeremy, Scott, and Debbie leasing my new Highlander. I price compared with all the Sacramento/Bay Area Toyota dealerships and Elk Grove had the best price beating out 8 other dealers. Jeremy even beat his own price during further negotiations to ensure the very best deal. Jeremy ordered the Highlander exactly how my wife and I wanted it. Debbie was also very patient with us explaining all the finance options and showing the detailed numbers and lease components. I am very detailed oriented and it was helpful to have the precise finance numbers to calculate the leasing arrangement and feel comfortable with the lease. After the sale, Jeremy also help to research repair options after my wife accidentally curbed a rim. Overall, a great customer experience! More
