She is totally on top of her job. Leslie was very knowledgeable about the way the car worked. She showed us everything and was patient with our not being computer-wise. I liked her way of demonstrating what she was telling us. All of your help seemed very well trained and what was best they seemed to like their work. We will come back to Elk Grove Toyota! I had been looking for the elusive Trail Edition at dealers all around the valley and bay area for weeks. The salesman Karl Bains was courteous and helpful, not pushy at all. We test drove the vehicle but did not have time to buy it at that time. We came back around 4 in the afternoon and bought the vehicle. Now I must say that due to past experience with other dealers my wife was dreading the sales process, but much to our surprise, at Elk Grove Toyota it was painless, we got a fair price on the vehicle with out the usual back and forth to the sales manager, and were treated with respect at all times. The finance dept person Debbie Jaynes was equally courteous and helpful. I had planned to have to buy an extended warranty online or elsewhere, but she made it worth it just to get it right there. More

There aren't enough "5's" to really describe my experience. My team listened; they really listened and they asked questions until they understood my needs,. Then they met them! Debbie made the paperwork (ugh) practically disapear at least until she (jokingly) aked for a $9 million dollar check. Glad she was kidding! I was ready to buy a VW Passat when I happened to stop for a car comparison at Elk Grove Toyota.I was taken by the friendliness, knowledge and courtesy displayed by Johnny and Nai.Even though the new Priu for a car comparison at Elk Grove Toyota.I was taken by the friendliness, knowledge and courtesy displayed by Johnny and Nai.Even though the new Prius I was interested in was more money than the Passat I ended up purchasing their car.Lupe introduced herself when I was waiting at the showroom offered me refreshments and also answered my questions patiently and courteously.After the purchased of the car Lupe assisted me explaining the new technology of the different functions of the Navigation System and also helped me setting them up.Debby not only explained the optional packages in detail but provide me with a better financing option than what I had and she did it in a natural and jovial manner. I must admit that I had tried to buy previously a Prius from another Toyota dealer in Sacramento area but it left me in a sour note.Elk Grove Toyota dealer has put a cohesive group of individuals that understand the needs of the client.Congratulations!This team really have a passion for excelent customer service. Elk Grove Toyota is an outstanding dealership. We just purchased our 3rd car from them. The salesman who assisted us is Romy Cruz. He listened to what we told him we wanted and was helpful in finding us the car to met our needs. We also worked with Jim Blacksten, the dealerships Sales Manager. We were able to negotiate a deal in a timely manner as we have done in the past with him. Debbie in finance gave us a through explanation of options and the finance process. We have had excellent experiences both with the sales staff and the service department for many years now. More

I found at Elk Grove Toyota the most professional people in the car sells that I dealt with in the last 10 years. There was no "fulling around", no games played, no "let me call another manager" or ugly tricks that other dealers are playing. I felt that I was treated with the highest level of respect. I am mostly an internet buyer. When I spoke on the phone with John and with Scott they gave me the best deals that exist in Northern California (and believe me that I checked many dealers). There were no back and forth phone calls (more than normal - although I think that I called more than I should have). They helped me to find the best price, colors and options. If you are looking to be treated with respect, to work with knowledgeable, professional people I assure you that you will find that at Elk Grove Toyota. I will rate them also, but since you are reading this I should mention also that I had a horrible experience at San Rafael Toyota (see my rate for them). And at Burlingame Toyota the internet sale person told me that "due to what happened in Japan our car prices will go up 1000 starting today". If you want to take all this @#$%$ stay in Bay Area. If you want to find the best of all: go to Elk Grove!!! On the other hand: inside of the dealership you will have the feeling that everybody cares. The receptionists are very respectful, Mr Martin presented me the car so nice that you will think that he designed everything on it - he knows it and will not let things go until you are confident that you understood it. Mrs Debra in finance took her time to go with me over stuff and she answered my questions with knowledge and passion. The dealership is so clean that you think that it was just open yesterday. Guaranteed the best experience ever. More

First of all, yes Scott was able to get me a great deal on the vehicle we selected, but I rate Scott, outstanding because of the the time he spent with us making sure I got the vehicle I wanted. He made this look like an easy task but I know it was not because I went from one truck to another and then through almost every color combination, before we selected the vehicle we purchased. I am sure I drove him crazy, but he was very understanding and patient, and said "It was ok and he wanted to make sure we got what we wanted". Scott was also wonderful to my 10 year old daughter, watching her and keeping her occupied while my wife and I were in finance and having the features of the truck explained to us. This is the seventh vehicle my family (extended, but I have help them with)has purchased from Elk Grove Toyota in the last 13 years. I have always been very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff, from the operators, service, to all the sales staff. I would also like to thank the Finance Manager Debra Jaynes for her professionalism. She explains all of the extended warranty and programs that are available, but she does not pressure you into buying more than you need. Thank you Debra. Elk Grove Toyota is THE BEST AUTO DEALERSHIP I have ever had to deal with. They are very accomodating and they are not pushy when it comes to selling a vehicle. In April 2008 I leased a 2008 RAV 4 from them and in May 2009 my husband bought a 2009 Tacoma from them. When I realized my mileage on my RAV 4 was getting close to were I needed to turn it in we went back and Bob assisted us and made us feel very comforatable. I bought a 2011 Highlander and I Love my new SUV. Debra Jaynes was just as friendly as in years past when she assisted us. Thank you ELK GROVE TOYOTA....I will let everyone know to purchase/lease from you all. In the coming months when we have to purchase a car for our daughter we will be returning. More
