New Car Experience Buying a new car has not been a favorite thing to do, But, I have to say that buying from Elk Grove Toyota was a very nice experience. We were looki Buying a new car has not been a favorite thing to do, But, I have to say that buying from Elk Grove Toyota was a very nice experience. We were looking for a 2015 Highlander with some specific options added in. Although we thought we would have to wait for up to six weeks, we had our vehicle within just one week. Our vehicle was prepped for delivery and even when we were sitting with the finance manager, she asked that the service folks give it another look as she saw some smudges. We have a 2000 Toyota Sienna that has been just the best car ever and we are completely confidant that our new vehicle will be just the same. The atmosphere at Elk Grove Toyota was friendly and not that usual pressure cooker that it can sometimes be. I would recommend Elk Grove Toyota for your car buying needs. More

Jordan at Elk Grove Toyota renewed my faith in dealerships and sales people by helping my buy the perfect 2007 Chevy Mailbu that fit in my budget and is an amazing dream car. I was skeptical only because Elk Grove is so far away from my home town in the Bay Area and wasn't sure I would even be able to get the car. He responded back with haste and made sure the car fit my every need. This purchase was painless and a breeze compared to my experience two months ago and made me leave feeling valued for my business not used for my money. I never thought I would purchase a new car and never wanted to purchase a new car, but I finally took a leap of faith and went to Elk Grove Toyota. I never thought I would be the one buying a new car and continuing to take my new car back every five thousand miles for service, but after having such great experiences time after time, I knew I would always take my car back for service. I plan to keep my 2012 Toyota Camry for the next ten years, but I know when it is time to purchase a new car, I will be back to Elk Grove Toyota. The customer care service is so awesome and everyone there is very nice to me always. Thank you so much for such great service Elk Grove Toyota...you guys rock!!! More
