Amazing Store! Amazing People! They took great care of me, and I’d be happy to buy all of my Chevy products from them in the future. Amazing People! They took great care of me, and I’d be happy to buy all of my Chevy products from them in the future. More

We had to take my truck in for a recall. The customer service at this store is horrible. First off , they initially told me it would take 6 hours. It ended up being over night. I called and The customer service at this store is horrible. First off , they initially told me it would take 6 hours. It ended up being over night. I called and left messages and never heard back for 4 hours call again and they finally told me I could pick my car up at the end of day 2. When I came to return my loaner vehicle which I was lucky enough to get they were going to make me pay to fill up the vehicle which when they handed me the keys they mentioned nothing about filling up the truck with gas (not in paperwork either). When I mentioned they didn't even tell me the two receptionists started speaking to one another in another language behind the counter. Last when I get into my truck someone's used cold del taco cup was in my truck (left from one of the workers). I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Although I DID get my oil changed, pretty straight-forward, here's the other thing that happened on my 2-7-23 visit to Simpson. After being told that my deflating tire could not be patched straight-forward, here's the other thing that happened on my 2-7-23 visit to Simpson. After being told that my deflating tire could not be patched here, they proceeded to rotate the BAD tire from the back to the front, putting me in a situation where my tire could have BLOWN out on the highway! I had to pump it up just to get to the dealership this morning!!!!! They also recommended to me a place around the corner, and when I arrived they told me it would be AT LEAST 3 hours before they could even look at it. So guess WHERE I wound up? WALMART!, YES< WALMART! They looked at the tire and told me it could not be fixed as the metal object in it was OVER AN INCH WIDE! I wound up buying tires at Walmart. They took me in RIGHT AWAY!!! My tire had been deflating the entire time!!! RECAP: SIMPSON sent me on my way with a DANGEROUS situation putting a bad tire on the FRONT of my car! At Least offering to change the bad one for the spare, would have been the DECENT thing to do! More

If you’re looking for a dealership that lacks a moral compass and attempts to corner you into a crappy loan then come here. If you want to look or discuss financing without the insufferable assume the sa compass and attempts to corner you into a crappy loan then come here. If you want to look or discuss financing without the insufferable assume the sale, pressure to buy now please go elsewhere. Max in sales and Andrew in financing are well versed in the tactic of this obsolete dealership. Trust your instincts and avoid Simpson Chevy at all cost. Of course I had buyer’s remorse and implored to return the Chevy Silverado I leased but there is no “cool off period” in CA. I had only dealt with Toyota of Orange previously and since they actually value customer satisfaction they allow a return within 3 days of signing. I physically left once and tried to leave twice before getting herded back to the table. I had to literally sneak out to go to CarMax to sell my truck. I was called and implored to come back so I don’t lose my spot to get to signing. No one else was there? I told Max I wouldn’t be able to finish the process today but he actually drove to CarMax to push the issue. I think they have the word NO removed from their ears since they are unable to process what it actually means. I woke up feeling deep regret that can only be described as “sales R***”. There were no other buyers at the time of my leasing and I can see why. I was in too much of a rush to make it to my son’s birthday party that evening. Trust your gut and avoid my mistake. Never buy a car in a rush and if it doesn’t feel right or they rub you the wrong way walk out and never look back. Of course their excuse is well we didn’t force you to sign it? You could have left? I did leave and was followed. Absolute worst dealership experience. No warranty or service included with purchase. You pay for your tank of gas before you leave the lot in their “drive off costs”. Just toss me in the pile of disgruntled Simpson Chevy of Irvine customers. More
