Thar manager finally took care of me thanks to him , Angel i believe, I went up to hem maybe e hours later and the guy who check me in maybe from Puerto forgot to give me info to a service adviser, boa Angel i believe, I went up to hem maybe e hours later and the guy who check me in maybe from Puerto forgot to give me info to a service adviser, boat however the manager took care of me and appolize and admit someone drop the ball I waited 3.5 hours for a simple oil change , again the manage took care of me after he got the facts straight and admitted to me what happen , that's the kind of manager you need of staff someone that's good customer base and can make things happen .thank you manager the one on Lamar st on Feb 14,2025 around 1230 pm .... My wife and I shopped at three BMW dealerships in DFW. Only one got our business and that was BMW of Arlington. The reason was the client advisor or salesman, Mr. Carter Selby. Carter knows the process, l Only one got our business and that was BMW of Arlington. The reason was the client advisor or salesman, Mr. Carter Selby. Carter knows the process, listens to the customer, knows his product, and just knows how to get it done. I own my own commercial real estate company and been in business 43 years. I know how to sell and treat customers. Carter gets it, but the other BMW dealerships are a waste of time with horrible, clueless sales people breaking every fundamental sales rule. Carter and BMW of Arlington will listen to you carefully and get the deal you want and need and will just make it happen! My bride of 43 years got car of her dreams and we got a great deal on top of that! If you want BMW, you now know where to go and who to talk to! More
