Debby never even said goodbye once we left the finance office. I would have thought being in sales, when someone buys a car, you say good bye and thank you. Not the worst thing, but definitely feels like office. I would have thought being in sales, when someone buys a car, you say good bye and thank you. Not the worst thing, but definitely feels like I was a burden vs. valued. Communication wasn't very good either. Lastly, and not Debbie's fault, but I had to ask to dry off the car. Wet from the car wash or rain storm I don't know. But I didn't think asking it to be dried was also too much to ask for. More

I've always bought luxury brand vehicles for the last 25 years. Now, I will only buy Toyotas going forward because of Debby. She is excellent at what she does.
