Debbie is one of the best sales person I have ever worked with I have nothing but great things to say about Debbie thank you for the great sales experience!! But after sales and the service department are a with I have nothing but great things to say about Debbie thank you for the great sales experience!! But after sales and the service department are a lacking I work in this industry and the service department acts like you are a inconvenience to them and if your trying to get anything under warranty it’s like pulling teeth or they just say it’s normal or any other excuse not to do the work or cover it.. I had to call Toyota corp to get anything done so in conclusion you make your own customers do foot work to get there own cars fixed… would you want to come back? If nothing changes you can be sure I won’t be doing any more business with your dealer… More

I had the best experience at Toyota of Des Moines. Deb Ellsworth took care of me from start to end. Marcy Davis in finance was also wonderful to work with and Spencer in service delivery showed me all of Ellsworth took care of me from start to end. Marcy Davis in finance was also wonderful to work with and Spencer in service delivery showed me all of the features on my new car. I would definitely recommend buying a new vehicle from Toyota of DM! Best customer service! More

Bought a used car with the help of Debbie. She was great, even when we popped in unexpectedly! Always made us feel welcome! Financing was super easy and quick, had us through in a matter of minutes. great, even when we popped in unexpectedly! Always made us feel welcome!
