I have dealt with James Wood Cadillac for many years.
Only recently did I decide to replace an XT5 with a Mercedes. Bottom line, I am back into an XT5 and the change back couldn't have come soon enough.

Mercedes is GREATLY over-rated in comparison to Cadillac and working with James Wood is like "coming home" again. What a great group of professionals. Hats off to DeeAnn Potendyk - 29-year veteran in car sales and the absolute best I have ever worked with. This is my 4th Cadillac purchased from her and it was - once again - an enjoyable and seamless experience. The online form doesn't allow selection of Cadillac, so overlook the make / model that goes with this survey.
