I have always done my own car maintenance and oil changes. I’m frugal and a wrench xxxxxx. This was the first time I had anyone do an oil change on any of my vehicles. I have been so busy with wor changes. I’m frugal and a wrench xxxxxx. This was the first time I had anyone do an oil change on any of my vehicles. I have been so busy with work putting in long hours that I just didn’t feel like changing oil myself. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and time. I am considering having the dealer do future oil changes based on price and convenience. That’s a big deal for me to admit! Kudus to the dealer team. More

Dee is a true straight up guy!! He's been a great guy to get to know. Very personable, friendly, happy & very professional. He has worked with me from a 2011 Outback to our newer 2018 Outback. Dee was able to get my issue with rain sensing wipers resolved. He also ensured the vehicle was washed (I had to dry it myself). Finally, after the test drive, he had the tech fill it with fuel. The only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is the 3 separate appointments required to complete the job- a major inconvenience. More
