Exceptional Service! Bought my 2006 Impreza new from this dealer and have been going in for oil changes and service as needed over the years. Their waiting area is great (large, comfortable, TV, magazines, beverages and snacks). More importantly, they have always been very accommodating, done great work, and are very pleasant to work with. This would have been enough for me to make a solid recommendation for them to anyone who asked! As one can imagine, however, after many years and miles now on the vehicle, some issues came up on my last visit that were more difficult to address. As the vehicle is older, I was hesitant to make a large investment in it, even though it has been a great car all these years. This is when they really "shined", in working with me to identify options that made sense given the situation. Great job guys (the ones mentioned below, as well as those behind the scenes that did the work)! You exceeded my already high expectations, given my prior experiences! Thanks! More

Good Service Brought my car in for a recall and some minor issues in addition to an oil change. Service did all but forgot to do the oil change. They quickly did the oil change and the tire rotation and apologized for the miss. More

No follow up. No return call or email. I went to WBS to have two recalls completed. My hill start assist light came on after having it serviced at WBS driving the car just one hour after p I went to WBS to have two recalls completed. My hill start assist light came on after having it serviced at WBS driving the car just one hour after picking it up. So essentially my car would just come to a complete stop and was not drivable, after being serviced for the exact recall in which it was there for! I am not happy. More

Unsatisfied Customer Took our brand new vehicle in with only 6000 miles on it because we were having power issues with it. They had it for a few days and said there is n Took our brand new vehicle in with only 6000 miles on it because we were having power issues with it. They had it for a few days and said there is nothing wrong with it. Said they took it on a 28 mile test drive and couldn't find any issues. I told them that you had to drive the car for longer then 28 miles to see/ feel the problem but all they kept saying was well we took it on a 28 mile test drive ...... So I told them I guess I'll drive it till it breaks down! 🙄. Didn't want to try and solve my problem at all. Very unsatisfied! More
