This last visit my left rear tire had a bulge on the inside and Dee actually brought the tire in for me to see. I may not love that the car needs work but I know they won't let me leave without a clear understanding of what's going on with my car, how long it will take to fix and how much it will cost. Bravo WBL Subaru, for hiring such great people with Dee & the Subaru team. More

Poor communication The service associate never contacted me as I requested to inform me that my car was ready. I had to call 3 times at the end of the day to find out that it was ready. Also, I was told that I need my brake service when my own mechanic told me my brakes are fine. I would only come back for warranty work, but might look for another dealer for that. The shuttle service to work was excellent. More

I've actually avoided them for all but necessary service because of this. However, my interaction with Dee was much more positive than past visits. He focused on getting the recall done without trying to sell me oil changes, etc. I would've given the visit 5 stars based on my interaction with just Dee, but the service manager emailed be after the visit and asked me to give 5 stars on this review, which I find really pushy. More
