Disappointed in the quality of service I didn't receive a car wash. I was told that my wheel bearings could be checked during my service, but then was told "The guys were too busy". The las I didn't receive a car wash. I was told that my wheel bearings could be checked during my service, but then was told "The guys were too busy". The last time I was in there they forgot to put my service sticker on my windshield. During this visit, I was upsold on the 75 K service package which I'm now thinking is just a sales gimmick. Overall very dissatisfied with service here. Way over priced too! More

Metal found in used oil I recently got an oil change and there was metal found in the used oil. I brought it into Subaru immediately and they had some diagnostics done, at I recently got an oil change and there was metal found in the used oil. I brought it into Subaru immediately and they had some diagnostics done, at a cost. They concluded (but weren't sure) that the issue was a faulty oil drain plug and to have me come back in 5,000 miles to review the contents of the (to be) used oil for any metal. If that was the issue, then great. Simple fix to replace the drain plug. But I was disappointed that I paid a big chunk of money for a FULL diagnostic and they didn't even check the inside of the engine to see if there was any signs of rubbing/bearing issues. I don't really want to put another 5,000 on an engine that might have a problem. I bought a Subaru for reliability. I hope that is the case. More
