Great Dee did a great job on getting my car in for a recalibration...had my windshield replace because had a big crack and eyesight came on...so after winds Dee did a great job on getting my car in for a recalibration...had my windshield replace because had a big crack and eyesight came on...so after windshield got replace 2 days after eyesight came back on...but had to get my car repair..Dee said to bring back after so after car got repair i called and was told i either have to pay or file a clame again...so i came in to talk to Dee and he made it happen got it recalibrated for free....awesome service thanks DEE.. More

Great service I had my 2013 Subaru Forester towed to White Bear Subaru on a Sunday afternoon, and left the keys in a drop box. I was contacted very early the next I had my 2013 Subaru Forester towed to White Bear Subaru on a Sunday afternoon, and left the keys in a drop box. I was contacted very early the next morning by a team member. I didn't even have to initiate a call to them, which I find impressive. They performed all the work necessary, and efficiently. My vehicle was ready for pick up early that afternoon. I am impressed with the service, and how quickly I was able to get my vehicle back. More

The factory authorized discounts were not fully applied until we challenged the bill. More

Lackluster and overpriced First, I think the policy of charging $155 just to find out what is wrong with your vehicle is asinine. I guess when you charge twice as much compare First, I think the policy of charging $155 just to find out what is wrong with your vehicle is asinine. I guess when you charge twice as much compared to other mechanics to service a car, you need to get the money wherever you can. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with the performance of my 2012 Subaru Outback which I purchased in 2013. Starting with water leaks when it rained, to a failed head gasket, to wheel bearings, and several sensor failures, we have incurred over $6,000 in repairs on this so-called reliable car. I plan to tell everyone and anyone I know what terrible cars you sell and service. Craig Rousar More
