Routine service plus new tires on short notice. I scheduled routine maintenance service on Dec. 31, and also asked to buy and have installed 4 new tires. Only 2 were in stock, but Peng,who’s always I scheduled routine maintenance service on Dec. 31, and also asked to buy and have installed 4 new tires. Only 2 were in stock, but Peng,who’s always very helpful and informative, was able to get 2 more quickly. I was able to return to get all the work done that day, just in time for some worsening winter weather. Dee was also very helpful, as was the young lasy who first checked me in ( not sure if that was Nena or Nicole). The new waiting area is also conducive to either relaxing or getting some work done. I was able to do a bit of both. I’ve been a customer for 3 1/2 yrs, and feel that the service team has really upped its game in the past year or so. More

Oil consumption problem Was miss lead by Subaru of White Bear as I was told Subaru of America would replace the short block at no cost to me due to the Class Action Lawsuit.
