Friendly, knowledgable, courteous service!!! I am well satisfied with the service rep. (Dee) who explained everything in understandable terms for me; then referred me to Moe - who went above and I am well satisfied with the service rep. (Dee) who explained everything in understandable terms for me; then referred me to Moe - who went above and beyond to find me the best car/value for what I had to spend. Then to Chang for a thorough explanation of the lease agreement and the optional service package available. I am more than pleased with ALL aspect of my dealings with White Bear Subaru and those I dealt with. More

Major work on a 2009 Subaru Impreza Our 2009 Subaru Impreza needed a head gasket, control arm bushings, sway bar, brakes, rear view mirror painted (it had encountered an unknown hit and Our 2009 Subaru Impreza needed a head gasket, control arm bushings, sway bar, brakes, rear view mirror painted (it had encountered an unknown hit and run driver late at night and was replaced), work to address rattles in a 2009 car, and more. We were quoted a price and an estimated completion time. Both came in well below what was quoted/expected (the quotes and estimated completion time were reasonable to begin with). We worked with Dee Dhanraj who kept us informed of progress and treated us respectfully and pleasantly. While there were significant costs (see what was done), we felt like we received excellent value and we will continue using the WBL Subaru service. More

Frustrating AC died on 2018 Forester at 1200 miles. Was pleased to be offered a loaner but was disappointed that the faulty part is back ordered and was told "co AC died on 2018 Forester at 1200 miles. Disappointed to have a problem with my first Subaru at 1200 miles and now have to wait indefinitely for a fix. More

Still want to love the service dept Currently own our 2nd and 3rd Subaru’s from this dealership. Have always liked the service dept, however, recblty started having concerns. In the past 3 visits, we have had to come back with our vehicles right away due to the service techs not repairing something correctly or forgetting to finish something with the service. This has become more than annoying. We have also received conflicting reports on our brake usage for one vehicle. After 3 routine oil changes, we were told the brake usage percentage was (in order): At 50%, showing slight wear, at 75%. Additionally, we purchased a used 2014 Legacy which had 13K miles. We were really disappointed that we had to come back and do a 15K service on this vehicle so soon after purchase. We thought the car would be thoroughly serviced before resale. We also ended up having to buy a new battery within 2 months of purchase and get a tire remounted. The brake switch sensor also failed on this vehicle. A lot of maintenance on a car with such low miles and within less than 6 months from purchase. More

Excellent service From the time I pulled into the service garage I felt like I was being taken care of by a team of knowledgeable, efficient, and caring people.. Customer service to the 'max'!!! They were professional, personable, helpful and fun to deal with. This is my 2nd Subaru (this time a lease) and I will never hesitate to go back to them for any questions or service. Maybe in 3 years, I can give you a review on my 3rd Subaru. They are my 'go-to' people from now on. :-) More
