Have had oil changes and tire rotations done here a few times with no issues since I had purchased the truck here and they included a couple free services. Had an appointment scheduled for a routine oil ch times with no issues since I had purchased the truck here and they included a couple free services. Had an appointment scheduled for a routine oil change and tire rotation for 1:00pm and I decided to stay and wait since it’s a routine job. The technician didn’t touch the truck until 3:00pm. After the service was complete around 4:30, they said I had a tire sensor fault and that one of them was inoperable. All four of them were working fine before I dropped the vehicle off. So it was odd to me that it’s not working all of sudden. The quick service folks quoted me roughly $150 to replace it. Didn’t seem right to me, since it was working fine before the tire rotation. Sounds like the technician mishandled it and now they were trying to get me to pay them to fix it. Super shady to be honest. I do not intend to Southern Chevrolet again for this type of service, and intend to tell my friends and colleagues in the local area about it. More
