I moved here from Augusta, Ga. where I had lived since July of 2001 after spending four years in the Air Force where I had the opportunity to travel to different countries such as England, Germany and Saudi Arabia to name a few. I am originally from Columbus, MS. I moved to Columbus to work for the Germain organization. I was looking for a change from Augusta and knew a few people who worked for the company. They told me what a great work environment it was and I made the move and haven't looked back. Come on down to Germain Nissan and experience some good old southern hospitality. See you soon.

The GM Corey Chaffin did the right thing by me and took care of an important software update causing issues with my infotainment system, he gets 5 stars. I do wish it hadn’t taken going all the way to the care of an important software update causing issues with my infotainment system, he gets 5 stars. I do wish it hadn’t taken going all the way to the GM to solve this dispute but when I got to him he was very professional and took the time to hear me. Their service manager Bradley Moss needs a lesson in customer service he would get 0 stars from me, he’s an example of someone who doesn’t hear his customers or offer resolutions. Also the New Car Sales Manager Deezy Jackson tried to help me but what I needed was above what he could approve. So shoutout to him for hearing me 5 stars for him too. More

Went in to look at cars. Found one I loved but wasn’t sure I could handle all of the new tech so we left to think.
