I decided, from pictures and his description of the vehicle, to buy it. I live approximately 750 miles from Vernon, Texas and all the paperwork was performed via Fed-ex by a competent staff. I flew to Wichita Falls, Texas to pickup the truck and was met by delivery personal. I returned to my home driving ten hours without any issues. I was contacted by Scott the next day, checking on my well being and my opinion of the vehicle. I express to him that I was throughly pleased and he would probably hear from me again. More

However, I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a vehicle form Vernon Auto Group should request to speak to and have the Sales Manager (Deiter Brannon) set them up with an expereinced sales associate. The sales associate (Scott Proctor) responsible for my purchase in my opinion needs more sensitivity training and cross-cultural competence to operate in a customer service oriented business. I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he has only been on the job for a month, but, it is rude and a grave insult to stall and delay the processing of a sales paperwork all day, to inform a Certified Public Accountant with good credit that you will offer me an interest rate of 6.5% when you the sales associate (Scott) do not even have any decision making responsibilities with respect to financing. The Sales Manager (Deiter Brannon) was very helpful, and made sure I had a great experience, when I brought my concerns to his attention. More
