My trade-in value was fair when compared to other dealers in Southern CT who, quite frankly, I felt tried to gaslight me into accepting a low-ball offer on the spot (and pressure me into a purchase commitment same day) with little to no discussion of financing estimates without a hard credit check. Carlos, by comparison, was more than happy to provide me estimates and re-work the numbers a few times as I narrowed in on what I wanted. I’m very pleased with my overall experience and new Vehicle.
