Ford Escape Purchase My wife and I are a retired couple on a fixed income. We were greeted by Bill O'Neil of the sales department and felt very comfortable speaking with My wife and I are a retired couple on a fixed income. We were greeted by Bill O'Neil of the sales department and felt very comfortable speaking with him. Bill was very patient and attentive to our needs and concerns. After a pressure free test drive, we were introduced to Jason Lehner who provided finance information. Jason explained the finance information thoroughly and was also patient and understanding of our intention to view/price other vehicle brands/models. Both Bill and Jason explained they were extremely interested in, and appreciative of, our business and provided contact information for a follow-up call. The following day we visited the dealership prior to visiting a Subaru dealership. During this visit, we spoke with Dell Roderick [Jason Lehner was on a scheduled day off]. Dell was able to facilitate a deal for the Ford Escape at the financing payment/term we wanted. Dell was also patient and accommodating with the financing, to include our request not to work with a particular financial institution we had a bad experience with. As soon as we arrived John Collas, Sales Representative, met us at the door with a warm smile and handshake. His patience, in showing us all the bells and whistles of our car, were much appreciated. With all the usual extensive paperwork, Shane Conroy, Finance Manger, made us feel comfortable while taking us through the process step by step Dell Roderick, General Sales Manager, greeted us with same warm smile and handshake. What a Great Dealership! My sales person, John Collas, did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the status of our special ordered truck, and answering the many questions My sales person, John Collas, did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the status of our special ordered truck, and answering the many questions we had. Although there were a couple of minor complications, John, Dell, & Mark did an excellent job of minimizing the impact and delivering the vehicle on time and in showroom condition. John especially remembered taking care of the little extras such as decals and having a spare wallet key custom cut cut at no additional cost. New 2017 Ford Fusion Sport I can not say enough good things about Colonial Ford and my salesman John Collas. John and Colonial went above and beyond my expectations. I am a car I can not say enough good things about Colonial Ford and my salesman John Collas. John and Colonial went above and beyond my expectations. I am a car guy thru and thru, the day I crossed paths with John I found a kindred spirit. When you start talking horse power, torque & performance some peoples eye's glaze over. Not John, I came in with a '13 Ford Focus ST. John has a Ford Fiesta ST. He was as excited as I was about the New Ford Fusion Sport, V6,Twin Turbo, All Wheel drive. John thoroughly understands and talks the same language as I do. I special ordered one near the end of August, 8-10 week wait being it's a new out model, with a Fall release. John and I realized that one of my Ford rebates would expire before the car arrived. John and the Management at Colonial went out of there way to find a car that was exactly the same as my ordered car, every option and color. This was a herculean feat because this is a brand new addition to the Ford Fusion line. They found one that hit the ground at another dealership in Mass and wrangled it from that dealership, same price same car as I ordered. That is some stellar customer service. Everyone from the dealership came out to check this thing of beauty out before I drove off this evening. I have the distinction of being there first customer to buy one of these Special Fusions at Colonial. I have used their parts department and there service department in the past and their staff are just as accommodating as the sales staff. Just a great dealership, hands down. More

George took the time to find out a lot of information and always called back with what you need. Dell in the finance department was incredible, they can work magic and Shane in the business office took the time explain all options clearly. Overall experience was beyond words. Take the time to go in see these guys, it will not be a wasted trip. More

Horrible WOW ! Should have paid attention to all of the 1 Ratings. Was illegally sold a car with a "missing" title, got the run around, could not register o WOW ! Was illegally sold a car with a "missing" title, got the run around, could not register or drive the vehicle, it was recommended we put dealer tags on it for a while (RMV says this is very illegal), rude managers, incompetent sales people, and too stupid to try and make a bad situation good. If they had even said "we are sorry, we made a mistake!" we might have just bought another vehicle and been done with it. Do not purchase a vehicle here! You have been warned! In hindsight it was a blessing in disguise ; got a better deal elsewhere! What a bunch of clowns. And also failed to mention the car had been in an accident ; not there responsibility legally ; but just extremely disingenuous all around. More
