John is efficient, resourceful, so friendly and is a wonderful teacher as he explains and demonstrates many functions of the car. He is a genuine very nice guy with practical experience too. The sales manager, Dell Roderick, made a point of taking the time to introduce himself and welcome us to the dealership. But more importantly, Colonial to I purchased a new Ford Edge last weekend from Colonial Ford. The sales team beat the price of 4 other dealerships. But more importantly, Colonial took the time to really show us the features of our new car. Salesman John Collas helped us set up the Ford Synch system to recognize our phones and showed us how to use all of the navigation features on the car. The finance person (Shane Conroy) got us a great deal on a loan and answered all of our questions. They made it easy and it was a low pressure situation. I've been a customer of Colonial since 2008 when I moved to Plymouth, and I keep going back because I know I will always get the best deal there. I know we got the best value for both of our trades because we checked with 2 other dealers before we ultimately went back to Colonial to finalize the purchases. The entire experience from start to finish was great- There's no pressure, The sales team is knowledgable in the Ford Line up, and knows how to get it done. We went in and outlined what we needed for our trades, and what we hoped to arrive at for a payment. Shane was able to get us a better interest rate than I expected by shopping hard with various lenders. Art G was all class from start to finish, and when the Chips were down Dell made sure that we were happy.
