John was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was purchasing and made the car buying process a pleasant and very easy experience. He was always accessible by all means of communications which also makes things easy for a person like me who is constantly busy and only has a short amount of time to be on the phone. I started the process with John on the phone when he found out what I was looking for and knew right away the type of car I was looking for. He knew everything about the car from the engine to the exterior to the interior with all of the technology inside. Before I drove away he went through the whole vehicle and even set up my bluetooth phone! I also had the pleasure of working with the sales manager, Dell Roderick, who also helped make the process an easy one and gave me a great deal for not only the car I was purchasing, but also my trade-in. Shane Conroy was the finance manager who worked with me on the money side of things and really made things so easy with already having all the paperwork together, but went through everything before I signed anything. This helped to make everything go smooth, yet quick. He also explained their "pit-pass" program and introduced me to Joe Murphy in the service department before I left. All in all, I am extremely happy with the whole process of purchasing a car from Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA. I know that I would refer anyone to John and the rest of the team down there if they have any car buying needs. Give John a call and you will be happy you did! More

He's passionate about his products, knows when to let the consumer take the lead, and follows up on his promises. The fact that he is young bodes well for a long future putting people behind the wheels of their dreams.
