I usually loathe the prospect of visiting a car dealer however, once greated by a slesperson, I was allowed to stroll through the lot on my own without feeling like I had a Siamese twin. Once I selected a vehicle, I was taken on a test drive. I left the dealership with concerns about the vehicle's frame. The day after Christmas (Sunday) Demetrius Davis called to follow up with me. He offered to drive the vehicle to my mechanic some 40 miles away to allay my concerns. Long story, short... I purchased the car the same day. The overall experience was good instead of great, because it took a long time to come to an agreement on the price of my car and monthly payments. I was there from around 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm. I felt no pressure at all to purchase a vehicle, I only came to test drive an SUV. After the test drive I was sold but couldn't afford the monthly payments. The courtesy from the sales and service dept, were everything I was told I would get with the Hyundai dealerships. The extended time the sales team took to teach this "old dog" about all the new "bells and whistles", left me with the knowledge that they do care about any questions I might have and made it comfortable to take the time to get all my questions answered. Great car buying process! Spoke with Wade before venturing out to the St. Augustine dealership. We explained we had a bad experience from a previous Hyundai dealership in Jacksonville because they w venturing out to the St. Augustine dealership. We explained we had a bad experience from a previous Hyundai dealership in Jacksonville because they wouldn't talk financing at all until we agreed to buy the car. Wade set us up with Demetrius who was very low pressure and easy to work with. Great price on the car and the trade (and yes they talked finances before we signed off). Joey assisted us as well with going over the navigation features and setting up Bluetooth in the vehicle. All in all a great experience for car buying and will certainly recommend others to go there in the future. We are happy to be driving a gorgeous 2011 Sonata! More
