Very nice people to do busness with I like this Dealership and everyone that was involved in the sale of my car. Demetrius made sure to be there at the time we were to meet . Unable to agree, but still a pleasant experience I was having my 2009 Genesis serviced, and thought maybe it is time to trade for a new Genesis. This was the first time in many, many years where we found a dealership salesperson who knew more about the car than we did walking in....what a pleasure to be able to ask questions about the product and find the salesperson knew the answers! The dealership provided a nice relaxing environment and the whole thing was stress free-even the negotiation over our trade-in value. I look forward to seeing if the Service Department proves to be equally impressive. More

review basically my experience there was just a business transaction, called the salesman related to problems with the car he sold me but I received no solut basically my experience there was just a business transaction, called the salesman related to problems with the car he sold me but I received no solution on his part to resolve my problem. copy of the email I send to him and still waiting for a response from his part or at least an apology Good Day Yesterday afternoon I took the car to tire plus ( I could not take the steering wheel vibration anymore) they found (has I suspected) that the car tires were not balanced the front wheels were off by 2 ounces and a back wheel by 4 ounces. Today I drove my car and I feel normal like my old car. Just letting you know, this way you can inform the service manager and your manager of the situation. I won't (If I can help it) take my car over there for service with this experience. Service department has no attention to detail at all. More
