I contacted a salesman by the name of Demetrius Davis over the telephone and he explained everything to me after I told him what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for the vehicle. After calling me back 3 times we made a deal over the phone. The next day I went to the dealership expecting to be told a different price arrangement (because I experienced it with another dealership) but as it turned out I was more than satisfied that the arrangement to complete the sale was more than satisfactory. I would highly recommend ths dealership and especially this salesman Demetrius Davis and his Manager Jimmy Feliciano and would certainly buy from them again. More

My husband fell in love with the Sonata outside of a Publix one day, and was insistent on making it work for us! We had a large SUV to trade towards a lease on a new Sonata. We knew exactly what we wanted and how much we could pay, and Demetrius and Andrew made it work for us! They didn't pressure us to spend more than we could, there were no hard sales, none of the obnoxious going back and forth with the manager, getting to see if he "could" lower the price. It was definitely a pleasurable experience, and it's a wonderful car. The length of time it took was pretty average to get everything worked out(I've been through longer and I've been through shorter), but we drove our new Sonata home the same day. I highly recommend these guys!!! More

As you know most of the time new car and used car salesmen kind of have a reputation. Not these guys, in my mind they were not car salesman they were gentelman and very polite and made me feel at home and comfortable. No high pressure sales tactics. We had some good time personal conversations and had a lot of fun with our salesman Demetrius. When we were sitting at our salesman's desk my wife said to him that she thought it was a little warm and stuffy and the salesman said I will take care of that and it was not long until you could feel the air and it got very comfortable in no time at all. The whole facility was very clean and comfortable. Every body there was very friendly. So to sum it up it was a very plesant and enjoyable new car purchase experience. I absolutely loathe car sales people, even more than lawyers. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I came in to the Hyundai dealership in St. Augustine, Florida. I was looking for a car with my daughter, went into several dealerships in the area, and were met with the high pressured, fake smiling, jerks, exactly who we expected to meet. But, when we went into the St. Augustine dealership, our salesman Demetrius Davis, was totally different. He was friendly and ready to listen to us. He gave us several options and let us make our own decisions, and not try to pressure us. I am not saying that Hyundai was our first choice when we were thinking of getting a car, but Demetrius made our experience so good, we knew it was the best choice. If you are going to buy a new (or used) car, do not waste your time, just go see this man. More

Found a great deal on the Internet with this Dealer. My first experience in searching for cars on the internet and my first experience buying out of town. Contacted Hyundai of St. Augustine that morning a first experience in searching for cars on the internet and my first experience buying out of town. Contacted Hyundai of St. Augustine that morning and they called me in 3 minutes. Very nice and professional. Not pushy at all. Gave me directions and when I got there was greated by a very friendly sales team. Very patient staff and they work well together as a team. Richard had a client and asked Dimetrius to assist me.
