As you know most of the time new car and used car salesmen kind of have a reputation. Not these guys, in my mind they were not car salesman they were gentelman and very polite and made me feel at home and comfortable. No high pressure sales tactics. We had some good time personal conversations and had a lot of fun with our salesman Demetrius. When we were sitting at our salesman's desk my wife said to him that she thought it was a little warm and stuffy and the salesman said I will take care of that and it was not long until you could feel the air and it got very comfortable in no time at all. The whole facility was very clean and comfortable. Every body there was very friendly. So to sum it up it was a very plesant and enjoyable new car purchase experience. I absolutely loathe car sales people, even more than lawyers. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I came in to the Hyundai dealership in St. Augustine, Florida. I was looking for a car with my daughter lawyers. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I came in to the Hyundai dealership in St. Augustine, Florida. I was looking for a car with my daughter, went into several dealerships in the area, and were met with the high pressured, fake smiling, jerks, exactly who we expected to meet. But, when we went into the St. Augustine dealership, our salesman Demetrius Davis, was totally different. He was friendly and ready to listen to us. He gave us several options and let us make our own decisions, and not try to pressure us. I am not saying that Hyundai was our first choice when we were thinking of getting a car, but Demetrius made our experience so good, we knew it was the best choice. If you are going to buy a new (or used) car, do not waste your time, just go see this man. More

Found a great deal on the Internet with this Dealer. My first experience in searching for cars on the internet and my first experience buying out of town. Contacted Hyundai of St. Augustine that morning a first experience in searching for cars on the internet and my first experience buying out of town. Contacted Hyundai of St. Augustine that morning and they called me in 3 minutes. Very nice and professional. Not pushy at all. Gave me directions and when I got there was greated by a very friendly sales team. Very patient staff and they work well together as a team. Richard had a client and asked Dimetrius to assist me. Lets face it, car buying for most people is an incredibly intimidating process. However, I can honestly say I was not met with the pushy salesman and confusing terms type of experience I was expecting. Deme intimidating process. Demetrius was courteous and patient and never seemed as though he was pushing for anything I was uncomfortable with. He and the finance team were able to seal a deal with a bank despite my less than perfect credit rating. Overall they made the car buying experience relatively smooth and painless. When the times comes to trade up to a new vehicle, Hyandai of St. Augustine will be who I choose to give my business to. More

The dealership was great. Everyone was attentive to the customer, but not overwhelming. The price of the vehicles are low from the begening. The customer service is great. The staff stayed late to ensure that we recieved the vehicle that day.
