Macrocsopically, there were a few disconnects, that, while not game-stoppers, do contribute to that 1% that differentiate Casey from all others. The car was not ready for me at pickup time - battery charging was not complete; minus the Genius experience, which was good, I spent an additional 2-plus hours in the store, before I was ready to depart. I love all of these folks, but there seemed to be a slight disconnect in between process steps. Sales manager was great. The finance guy was great….the people worked with the process they had. Lastly, I forwarded an email that I would have loved be shared with the people working on the assembly line…..to connect their efforts to delivering a wonderful car to a customer they did not know. My intention was to close that gap….my own leadership experience tells me that this matters when it comes to job satisfaction. More
