My deal started with the general sales manager Lloyd Howell! Mr. Howell basically took care of my entire deal, finding my car and getting me out of the nightmare from checkered flag BMW. He utilized FaceTime so I could see my car. When I arrived he had a sales associate Alexxio to take good care of me and Bill Gooden in finance was amazing. His warm personality made my buying experience superb. I came back to the dealership to pick up mats and my license plates and the warm customer greetings from Mr. Howell, Alexxio and Mr. Gooden continued. The genuine care and compassion is authentic at this dealership. My bmw genius Emery Draughn helped to install my plates, mats and sunvisor in the trunk along with Darren Ellis. One of the best car purchasing experiences, in our tactical business relationship, ever. Macrocsopically, there were a few disconnects, that, while not game-stoppers, do contribute to that 1% that differentiate Casey from all others. The car was not ready for me at pickup time - battery charging was not complete; minus the Genius experience, which was good, I spent an additional 2-plus hours in the store, before I was ready to depart. I love all of these folks, but there seemed to be a slight disconnect in between process steps. Sales manager was great. The finance guy was great….the people worked with the process they had. Lastly, I forwarded an email that I would have loved be shared with the people working on the assembly line…..to connect their efforts to delivering a wonderful car to a customer they did not know. My intention was to close that gap….my own leadership experience tells me that this matters when it comes to job satisfaction. More
