Car alone wanted 31k for just a LX FWD. which was crazy cause I simply google the car and bam 27000 for the same model and trim. I ask about why the price so high and the answer was transportation fees. Which I don't think that true. The interest rate wasn't even brought up until we went to finance and even then I ask many times and I get an answer saying finance handle that which is untrue as well. Luckily we didn't make the deal due to another person couldn't get to sign the documents and left that night. Thank the Lord because after that we decided to go to apple tree Honda and omg it black and white compare to forest city Honda. I got an answer from the sales woman about interest rate when ask and I got an HRV AWD LX FOR 28000 & when I told my stories about this place they discounted my hrv for another 500 bucks cause they felt sorry for me . This Dealership is dirty and the trust is not there. If you still reading please go to another dealership you will already save yourself money and time. More

Car buyers beware -scam artists. I called ahead to purchase a car that was advertised online for $31,000. By the time I arrived (driving an hour away) they increased the price by $1 I called ahead to purchase a car that was advertised online for $31,000. By the time I arrived (driving an hour away) they increased the price by $10,000 (including a $5K dealer add-on because “the car was in demand”). Although I intended to pay cash, I was bullied into financing because the finance manager complained if I didn’t he couldn’t meet his quota. He assured me that if I paid it off by the first payment there would be no charge (not true). After waiting for over an hour, the finance person told me that the price was now $48,000! They had added in the highest level extended warranty and service plan despite the fact that I said I wasn’t interested when he handed me the brochure earlier. Finally, I had very little opportunity to review the documents because the finance person held the iPad and pushed all the signature buttons himself. These guys are completely unethical. Further action planned. More
