When I thought about where I wanted to purchase a high-quality used car, I immediately thought that Toyota of Cool Springs would be the place for me to go. I thought this because of my previous outstanding experience when I purchased a new 2018 Camry with the help of Alan Richardson. I had a fantastic experience with that new car purchase and my expectations were met with this used car purchase. Everyone at Toyota of Cool Springs treated me with respect and made me feel like I was their only customer. Alan Richardson once again proved he is a professional that takes pride in his work and his reputation. I will always purchase my vehicles from Toyota of Cool Springs. On a final note, I want to compliment General Manager Kris Krabill for his personal attention He made sure I was happy with the excellent deal I was offered. More

The Best Experience Ever I always pay attention to how a salesperson approaches me. I was looking at cars on the showroom floor and I couldn’t help but notice that Alan had a I always pay attention to how a salesperson approaches me. I was looking at cars on the showroom floor and I couldn’t help but notice that Alan had a very positive style of communication. I purposely asked him to help me and explained my very specific situatiion regarding a potential purchase that would involve trading a 2017 car from anther dealership. He was extraordinarily helpful and I left the dealership that day feeling a sense of trust toward Alan. I researched everything that night and the next day I returned and asked to see Alan again. Alan worked to help me get a deal that left me feeling valued and respected as a Cool Springs Toyota customer. I bought a 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE and the service I received from everyone was flawless. Sona, the finance manager, was knowledgeable and also made me feel valued as a customer. I was so happy with my experience that I asked to meet with the owner of the dealership. After meeting the owner, it was obvious to me that the positive attitudes I experienced clearly started at the top of the organization. And a special thank you to Dena in management.
