Never brought it in for service yet, I’ve been waiting about 3 months for an appointment. Kept getting told they’d have an appointment time and a loaner car for me about a month ago, But then the day i wa about 3 months for an appointment. Kept getting told they’d have an appointment time and a loaner car for me about a month ago, But then the day i was supposed to come down, i called first and they said somebody else gave the loaner away. Ever since then, I’ve been WAITING! This is just like the last appointment I came to so I could have my recall fixed, but Denise said somebody gave my part away. So recalls never been done and still waiting for appt. I will never buy another caddy or anything else from Colonial ever again. Service has been in the toilet ever since Christian left! More

Peter the service mgr was fantastic. He did what he could for caddy’s mess. I can’t believe the assembly plant put cheap bolts on my exhaust pipes.
