I brought my car in for an oil change and mentioned that my A/C wasn’t working. I was expecting to have to make another appointment and have it be a long process. He immediately told me I could leave the ca my A/C wasn’t working. I was expecting to have to make another appointment and have it be a long process. He immediately told me I could leave the car with him and get me a loaner car so they could check it out. I was like heck yeah! He brought me over to Denise and she was wonderful in helping me to get a rental car. She even went and got it herself! Then she was super nice and helped me maneuver the car since I have an older model and didn’t know the fancy settings of the loaner car. Mike called me every day to let me know the status of the car and helped with questions and concerns. Super awesome experience. Thanks you guys. More

Service Consultant Bill Robertson was amazing! I could not have been more pleased to have him make sure that my needs and wants with my car (2018 CR-V) were taken care of. A break-in attempt left my driv not have been more pleased to have him make sure that my needs and wants with my car (2018 CR-V) were taken care of. A break-in attempt left my driver's door lock damaged (which resulted in all my windows and sunroof fully opening at random times while my car was parked outside my apartment), and my infotainment screen would randomly go bonkers every now and then. The lock cylinder was replaced and calibrated by locksmith to fit my key, and a software update was performed to address the infotainment screen issue. I thought my car would be at Manly for a few days minimum, but it was ready in 24 hours after I dropped off my car. No more having to worry if my car is sitting outside with all its windows open, and so far no issues with the infotainment screen (fingers crossed). Bill has been with Manly since 2008- he is meticulous, easy to speak with, great with communication (I was able to keep in touch via text messages), and I never felt rushed or pressured while working with him; I felt he did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied- a true professional! Would also like to thank Denise, who got me a rental car very quickly. And Jose, whom I spoke with initially on the phone and who scheduled me in and followed through with communicating with me about parts availability. No regrets at all about driving to Santa Rosa from Oakland for such professionalism and excellent service. More
