Worst Dodge, Jeep, Chrylser, Ram dealership in the metro Detroit Area. I have no doubt that there are some decent folks there but avoid this location at all costs. The rate that the bank down the street gave me for the same term was 2.9%. DO NOT FINANVCE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Denise over promised and under delivered. “Easy peasy” is what she said when i wanted to buy my lease, she said she will call Chrysler Capital and then “ you come tomorrow you sign and in 30 days we get the what she said when i wanted to buy my lease, she said she will call Chrysler Capital and then “ you come tomorrow you sign and in 30 days we get the title and the car is yours”, it’s been a week! she is hard to get a hold on, I have to call her phone so many times I memorized it. Her demeanor is trashy and so her way of treating people and communicating, I should say not communicating with the clients. More
