Would have given 5 stars but at pickup I arrived in the
service office and stood at the service desk occupied by Neil for a full 4 minutes before he even acknowledged my presence. He was having some kind o

He was having some kind of jovial chit-chat with a service tech nearby, who even pointed at me to let Neil know I was there, and he simply said 'I know' and continued his conversation without so much as looking at me. I guess when he was ready to work he finally asked if he could help me. I have to say this behavior did not make me feel like a priority for him, and perhaps he is better suited for a position that is not customer-facing. The service performed on my car was satisfactory, just did not appreciate being ignored when I arrived to pick up the vehicle.
