I am a former USAF member for over 20 years. I enjoy the automobile industry, especially Mercedes Benz. Recently married, enjoying traveling, basketball, health training, and cooking. I had particular requirements for the car I wanted and after careful exploration of the inventory, Dennis found the exact match (something other dealerships and sales consulstants were not able to do)! Dennis was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I was interested in and patiently took me on a very informative test drive that taught me so much about all of the features. Him and the Sales Manager Robb Banks did everything in their power to make the deal happen without having the typical “sales” personality which can make the car-buying experience not so enjoyable. They treated us like family. I am extremely happy with my vehicle and we got a great deal on it! I shopped around numerous Mercedes Benz dealerships, but the Owings Mills branch with Dennis and Robb was definitely my favorite. Despite living in New Jersey, I will be continuing my business with them. We have been dealing with Mercedes Benz for over 20 years and this team has set a new standard for excellence. More
