I am a former USAF member for over 20 years. I enjoy the automobile industry, especially Mercedes Benz. Recently married, enjoying traveling, basketball, health training, and cooking. The level of attentiveness that he displayed was remarkable. He provided an indescribable amount of security. He displayed an amazing amount of problem solving abilities. I originally believed another vehicle was my dream car. The car happened to be sold before I was able to make the purchase. Mr.Dennis Epps was able to provide comfort during these frustrating circumstances. He ultimately found me the perfect car. Coming off a not so good experience at another dealership, I expressed my issues and concerns with buying a car. Was ready to buy a car but did not want to deal with games salesmen played. To allay all of my concerns, Dennis made sure the car was ready and in perfect condition before he showed it to me. It was a beauty. Needless to say, I bought it right away. He and the others made the process seamless. The lady in finance was a dream to work with. One thing i know, I"m only buying cars from Dennis Epps and his colleagues. I don't mind the trip from Silver Spring to Owings Mills. It's worth it.They listen and give you exactly what you want. What more can you ask for? More

I had particular requirements for the car I wanted and after careful exploration of the inventory, Dennis found the exact match (something other dealerships and sales consulstants were not able to do)! Dennis was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I was interested in and patiently took me on a very informative test drive that taught me so much about all of the features. Him and the Sales Manager Robb Banks did everything in their power to make the deal happen without having the typical “sales” personality which can make the car-buying experience not so enjoyable. They treated us like family. I am extremely happy with my vehicle and we got a great deal on it! I shopped around numerous Mercedes Benz dealerships, but the Owings Mills branch with Dennis and Robb was definitely my favorite. Despite living in New Jersey, I will be continuing my business with them. We have been dealing with Mercedes Benz for over 20 years and this team has set a new standard for excellence. More
