Can’t say enough what a horrible experience it was dealing with the frauds at First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Went in there yesterday morning with my son to help him purchase his first truck. We went dealing with the frauds at First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Went in there yesterday morning with my son to help him purchase his first truck. We went in there to see a specific truck in mind, which fit his budget and had pretty much everything he was looking for. Salesguy sits us down, logs us in the system, and quickly gets the vehicle we were looking for. Easy!! My son and I take the truck for a test drive and return to the dealership. Sit back down with the sales guy, confirm numbers, and confirm that we would like to make the purchase. My son gives him his credit card to process the deposit. Then the craziness begins…Dennis, the GM, comes over says that there is someone else interested in the same truck and asks us to consider a similar vehicle that is a V8. He says he wants to keep everyone happy, however, since we acted first, we have first dibs on the truck. We politely decline the offer on the V8 as my son loved the truck he test drove. Dennis says no worries, the truck is yours. Next, our sales guy returns 10 minutes later from behind closed doors, and says really sorry, but that truck is no longer available. We tell him we just spoke to Dennis and that he confirmed since you have our credit card and are currently processing our deposit, and that since we committed first, the truck is ours. Sales guy goes back behind closed doors…..meanwhile Dennis avoiding us. 15 more minutes of waiting, I see Dennis across the sales floor and flag him to come over and see us. He does and profusely apologizes (for lying to us, I assume) and says with great sincerity how sorry he is and that he’s going to make this up to us bc it was his mistake. What does he do? He has the salesguy pull up a brand new 2021 Ram BigHorn (sticker $48K – our budget was about $30K) and says I’m going to give you the deal of a lifetime on that with no money down. Translation (which he didn’t think we would understand): I’m putting you in a lease. Another 20 mins of waiting….and Dennis comes back excited to review the numbers with us: $350 for 3 years plus your trade in ($5k), and no money down. And tells us how lucky we are that we will have two great options at the end of the lease: 1) No strings attached after 36 months – you don’t want the truck anymore, just drop it off to us. Hmmm, so what about my $17K investment I just made in it?? Or second option, an amazing buyout price of just under $28k (says where else would you be able to buy a truck in 3 years at this price?)….so I get my phone out and do that math out in front of him (mainly so he knew I knew he was a fraud) and calculate the 36 $350 payments plus the $5K plus the $28k buyout and get a total of almost $47K. Dennis responds: “Ohh, I didn’t think you were going to do the reverse math.” So, this deal of a lifetime was to put my son in a truck he could not afford in a lease he wasn’t looking for and hoping we didn’t understand the numbers. In total….over 3 wasted hours, got the rug pulled out from under us first on the truck we wanted and then Dennis the GM trying to pull the wool over our eyes to make up for pulling the rug out from under us. NO….we will never return to this place, for sales or service. Anyone that does step foot in this place, please BEWARE of shady sales tactics and playing the “shell game with cars”. And make sure you are experienced enough (or go with someone that is) to help you navigate through all the BS they will throw at you. More

Dennis was amazing. When our original person ended up quitting and leaving things left for us in the dust- Dennis was there to pick up the pieces and make us feel like things were a priority. Since Covid quitting and leaving things left for us in the dust- Dennis was there to pick up the pieces and make us feel like things were a priority. Since Covid is making the DMV impossible to get into- ans we had to wait almost 3 weeks to pick up our truck after we signed the papers- he even cut us a check for half the first payment. In these modern days of divisiveness, it’s hard to believe that a dealership with such poor loyalties would go above and beyond for a person that most would consider to be the enemy. Dennis Freeman an believe that a dealership with such poor loyalties would go above and beyond for a person that most would consider to be the enemy. Dennis Freeman and Mike Santos made my families 11 purchase a no brainer. I was getting ready to take my 4 hour drive round trip to pick up a new truck for a family member. Until Mike called me and offered to deliver the truck on his day off. It’s this type of customer service that keeps me doing business with a dealership full of Red Sox fans. They might give me a hard time for my amazing Yankees hat but it’s ok because this is what family does. I do not feel like a customer when I call or go into First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I feel like family. Thank you for making my family part of the First family. More

First and for most let me say, we absolutely love our new 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahar Unlimited High Altitude. The sales team was friendly and were informative while I was at the dealership. the vehicle came in 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahar Unlimited High Altitude. The sales team was friendly and were informative while I was at the dealership. the vehicle came in sooner than expected and that was great (about 5 weeks). My only complaint. Every correspondence between me and the sales team had to be initiated by me. If I wanted an update on the Statius of the Jeep being build, I had to call to get it. I was under the impression that I would be updated as my Jeep was being issued a VIN, when it was being built, when it was being shipped, even when it would arrive at the dealer but the only way I was given this info was when I, myself, reached out to the dealer to get the information. Not once through the whole process did anyone call, email or even text me with any information. Even after the Jeep was delivered, I had to reach out to get information on the registration and plates transfer. I guess I just feel that after spending $57k that the team at the dealership could have at least tried to reach out to me once, instead of me chasing them every step of the way. Communication is key to any relationship and I feel that the ball was dropped in that area. Brianna was the original contact to us and made an appointment, but never told us who we were to see nor did she introduce herself to us upon arrival after asking for her. Jeff really didn’t have a lot of answers and really wasn’t sure about the new Jeep wranglers. Dennis made promises of communication and getting back to me but never did. I had to chase him. All of the lack of communication after the sale kind of left a sour taste in my mouth and I feel that could really be worked on. More

I went to First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram with a certain SUV in mind. Upon arrival, they had it ready for me to take it for a test drive. Everyone was welcoming and not pushy at all.
