There was a mix up in delivering the car and it took longer than I anticipated. It took over two hours because the drivers, who picked the car up in Michigan, placed the keys to the vehicle on the wrong longer than I anticipated. It took over two hours because the drivers, who picked the car up in Michigan, placed the keys to the vehicle on the wrong salesman's desk (who was out at the time) rather than on the salesman's desk who was working with us.
