I recently brought my BMW in for service, and I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ben. His customer service was truly top tier from beginning to end. Not only did he keep me informed thro enough good things about my experience with Ben. His customer service was truly top tier from beginning to end. Not only did he keep me informed throughout the service process and make everything easy to understand, but he also went above and beyond by personally dropping me off at home and picking me up when my vehicle was ready. It's rare to find that level of care and attention these days. Ben made what could have been an inconvenient day completely stress-free. He was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on providing an exceptional customer experience. Thank you, Ben, for your outstanding service. BMW is fortunate to have you on their team. More
