Awesome New Car Buying Experience on my 2017 Focus RS I have been very pleased with my car-buying experience at Koons Baltimore Ford. I had been searching for several months for an allocation for a Focus I have been very pleased with my car-buying experience at Koons Baltimore Ford. I had been searching for several months for an allocation for a Focus RS but almost all dealers I reached out to with allocations at the time were demanding a huge markup above MSRP. I was not willing to pay that and thus decided to wait till I found a dealer willing to do so. Around late September 2016 during my search, I contacted Dennis Koulatsos (GM) who informed me they were selling all their allocations at MSRP. I immediately came down to the dealer and placed an order for a 2017 RS with Rudolph “Pete” Dixon and Mark Rodgers. Both were very pleasant to work with, going out of their way to answer any and every question I had. The entire process could not have been smoother. I received periodic updates from Mark (no question I posed to him was unanswerable) and, much to my surprise, the car arrived exactly 4 months and 1 day from the day I placed my order, much faster than I initially anticipated. The paperwork/transaction to sign for the car was super smooth. I arranged with Pete to have a few parts installed by the Service Dept. on the car for me before taking it home. Pete was very supportive and made sure they were well taken care of. The car is a joy to drive. I especially love the Nitrous Blue Quad-Coat exterior color. I couldn’t have asked for a better purchasing experience with Koons Baltimore Ford. More

The worst part is they gave me warranty on truck part they fixed and the csame problem occurred and I had truck towed back there all a sudden everyone is so busy and nobody knows that's going on .. Here's the reality they didn't wanna honor the warranty on the part so they basically parked my truck off to side and forgot about it .. Two weeks and not one call to give me update .. I will be taking this issue up with upper management .. I didn't deal with Paul directly but if his service guys are this brazen it reflects his lack of leadership .. I will never take my truck there again .., More

Steven Ageloff completed my paperwork in a timely manner and helped me through the process with professionalism and ease. I have purchased over 10 cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you to Ben and Steven for being professionals and making my experience one to remember. Maybe next time I am in to purchase, they will have some Herbal Tea and cold water bottles. I wish F series had a DVD entertainment system as an option. (My friend recently bought one as well and he has 2 kids that would enjoy such a feature) More

Everything I asked for ahead of arriving was done (vehicle cleaned up and ready to test drive, paperwork ready to be signed, etc...). I have never had a purchase experience where I was in and out of a dealership in under 2 hours and for that I was very grateful. They have a great group of people at Koons Baltimore Ford and I will not hesitate to drive the 4.5 hours from my home to this dealership to buy another vehicle in the future. I also want to give special thanks to Ahmed Baroud (Sales) and Harry Singh (Finance) for their great hospitality and professionalism. They made the entire purchase experience quick, easy and painless. More

Lawsuit It's a shame that I had to take Koons to court to prove that they misdiagnosed my truck. Paid $800 for repair, brought back 2 more times for same pro It's a shame that I had to take Koons to court to prove that they misdiagnosed my truck. Paid $800 for repair, brought back 2 more times for same problem for them to say on 3rd visit oh you actually need a transmission.. xxxx no give me my $800 back! They refused. Glad the judge agreed with me! Even after I won judgement, got a semi run around until I emailed next steps! Oh btw.. It turned out I didn't need a $3000 transmission. It was repaired for $460 (transmission hose) Another misdiagnosis! You would think the dealer would be better than a corner garage right? NOT!! More

They were up for the Challenge I was looking to replace my 2002 Ford F-350 Dually. It was a Great truck, but for me it was overkill. I was looking for a 2010 F-150 with a long bed. All wanted a price way higher than I wanted to pay. The truck is going to be used to pull my motorcycle trailer and not driven every day. I can't take credit for finding Koons in Baltimore. That was my wife's find. She saw it and said it was a Great looking truck and priced well. I called and spoke to Derrick Lewis who from start to finish was nothing short of Great. I made a appointment to drive over from Reston, Va and meet wit him to see the truck. We all love it when a person has the answer and doesn't have to go find it. He was courteous his knowledge was great and he delivered as promised. I told him I'm sold on the truck but I'm married and in our house when buying cars it is a WE thing not a ME thing so he would have to convince us both. Well Derrick, Ray & Steve in finance were up for the challenge and now I have a Great Truck. I'm starting to like it more than my other car (Audi Q7 TDI w/euro sport pkge) I would buy from them again easily. Love that place with it's very cool owner Who fed us on the day we were there. More
