A one star only because a zero isn't available. My daughter took in my Volt for an oil change and an intermittent check engine light at a 3:00 pm appointment. There was no acknowledgement of her w My daughter took in my Volt for an oil change and an intermittent check engine light at a 3:00 pm appointment. There was no acknowledgement of her when she pulled in. There was no communication on the vehicle status the rest of the day. She went back at 5:00 and they said the service department was closed, they didn't get to her car, and she had to come back tomorrow. When she called about the car in the morning they gave a huge estimate on the intermittent check engine light. So she rightfully said just do the oil change. When she picked the car up later that day, all they did was charge her $120 for the diagnostic and didn't even change the oil as she requested. My only explanation is that they treat women poorly at this dealership and don't even listen or acknowledge them. Me nor my daughter will ever visit their business again. More

He responded quickly and positively to a negative review I gave on the service dept. concerning a brake problem. The car was worked on once after that, but the problem persists and he’s moving on to another I gave on the service dept. concerning a brake problem.
