Brought my truck in twice over the past 12 months for a noise issue and was told both times they could not reproduce the issue. The second time, I took the technician for a ride to hear the noise, which h noise issue and was told both times they could not reproduce the issue. The second time, I took the technician for a ride to hear the noise, which he did, only to be told I needed to bring it back yet a third time because he didn’t have time to have a tech drive around looking for a noise. This was after they had already had the truck for six days. Third time around and I’m told it’s a known issue (for the past two years) with no solution. 12 months, three visits and no solution. I’m currently pursuing a lemon law claim. Very dissatisfied with the level of service from the dealership. More
