Recall for QX80 I was initially notified by email that I had a recall. I believe I called infinity and talked with Tony who set up the time for me to come in. He was I was initially notified by email that I had a recall. I believe I called infinity and talked with Tony who set up the time for me to come in. He was extremely pleasant on the phone. When I came in for the recall I worked with Dennis. Dennis was extremely prompt and pleasant and offered to update my inspection sticker. He pointed out a few concerns as well as is looking into an odd discoloration (second time this has happened) to my grill. I’m waiting to hear back on how this will be resolved. Had a good experience during the recall / time I was at the service center. More

Friendly, efficient excellent staff in the Service Departmen I had an appointment for a recall, last minute asked for an oil change and they were awesome about accommodating. They discovered another issue, which I had an appointment for a recall, last minute asked for an oil change and they were awesome about accommodating. They discovered another issue, which I had previously brought up at a different service place and they did not think it was an issue. Here they had already picked up on it, by the time they went to let me know they already had a loaner car ready and waiting. I would highly recommend the service department, they are thorough, clear, friendly, efficient. More
