Excellent friendly service! This was my first time visiting the Infiniti Nashua service center. Not being familiar with the initial process, I was greeted by a very pleasant empl This was my first time visiting the Infiniti Nashua service center. Not being familiar with the initial process, I was greeted by a very pleasant employee after parking my vehicle and instructed to drive my vehicle into the entrance area. There I was also greeted and directed to the waiting area after letting them know I had a appointment. After a very short wait, I was greeted by Dennis, who quickly set me up for my vehicle getting all the service needed for this visit. At about 4:15 in the afternoon, Dennis called me and let me know my vehicle was ready to pick up. I could go on in detail, but the bottom line is that from start to finish my recent service visit was excellent. All of the staff that I met were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The new service center is very clean and well set up for efficient service.and customer comfort. I am a pleased customer. More

Recall for QX80 I was initially notified by email that I had a recall. I believe I called infinity and talked with Tony who set up the time for me to come in. He was I was initially notified by email that I had a recall. I believe I called infinity and talked with Tony who set up the time for me to come in. He was extremely pleasant on the phone. When I came in for the recall I worked with Dennis. Dennis was extremely prompt and pleasant and offered to update my inspection sticker. He pointed out a few concerns as well as is looking into an odd discoloration (second time this has happened) to my grill. I’m waiting to hear back on how this will be resolved. Had a good experience during the recall / time I was at the service center. More

Friendly, efficient excellent staff in the Service Departmen I had an appointment for a recall, last minute asked for an oil change and they were awesome about accommodating. They discovered another issue, which I had an appointment for a recall, last minute asked for an oil change and they were awesome about accommodating. They discovered another issue, which I had previously brought up at a different service place and they did not think it was an issue. Here they had already picked up on it, by the time they went to let me know they already had a loaner car ready and waiting.
